We ship our orders through several leading courier companies.
Our delivery time is 24 business hours, with a maximum of 48 business hours from the time the order is placed, provided it is placed before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed between Friday at 2:00 p.m. and Monday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
During promotional periods (such as Black Friday or special offers) or in the event of strikes, deliveries may experience delays due to high demand.
Deliveries are made throughout the day without guaranteed time slots.
Free 24/48-hour business day delivery is available for national orders over €50. For orders under €50, a €5 shipping fee will apply.
Orders can be placed through our online store, physical stores, by phone, or via WhatsApp using the links on our website.
Please ensure all your details are correct and provide a phone number and address where you’ll be available during the day. The courier will send an email or SMS with the expected delivery date. There are two delivery attempts. If the customer fails to receive the order, they will be charged €5 per national return trip.
Address changes: If the customer requests an address change after the package has shipped, they must cover a €5 national shipping fee per trip.
If any product in the order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact the customer by phone or platform to offer a substitution. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be sent without the product, and a refund will be processed to meet delivery deadlines.

ALPHA SUPPLEMENTS is not responsible for packages rejected or held by customs. Each country has its own laws, regulations, and restrictions that may affect our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand what regulations or restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Local customs agents may delay or deny delivery in accordance with local laws.
Only unopened items may be returned.
Please note that if your order is returned due to product restrictions, incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or rejection of the package (including absence during delivery), you will receive a refund minus shipping, customs, and applied discounts.
You are also responsible for any additional charges such as storage or return postage. If the return cost exceeds the refund amount, the package will be marked as abandoned and no refund will be issued. If a product is seized by customs, it will not be refunded. Refunds will only be processed once the returned package arrives at our warehouse.
